**Roles & Responsibilities**
- The incumbent has to position himself/herself as the legitimate HR top executive, as co-pilot, side-by-side with SVP HR and President of APAC in order to lead and to proactively support transformation plans towards achieving targeted growth and performance, within an ambitious entrepreneurial mindset.
- Structure and consolidate the Christian Louboutin organisation, still highly entrepreneurial, into an agile and responsive global organisation, while establishing and enhancing a clear HR vision and set of rules for APAC.
- Structuring and adjusting win-win HR policies on key topics such as recruitment, talent management, comp & ben, social relations, internal communications, change management, coaching, leadership succession and more will be instrumental. Further, he/she able to demonstrate that implementation of such policies leads to increased stability and performance for the organisation and its members.
- Lead cultural changes by listening to the "emotional connections in the organisation", internal and external, in order to manage the transition from disruptive emotional drives towards stability and controllable performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as HR Director
- Experience in leading teams at regional level
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
