- Structure and consolidate the Christian Louboutin organisation, still highly entrepreneurial, into an agile and responsive global organisation, while establishing and enhancing a clear HR vision and set of rules for APAC.
- Structuring and adjusting win-win HR policies on key topics such as recruitment, talent management, comp & ben, social relations, internal communications, change management, coaching, leadership succession and more will be instrumental. - Lead cultural changes by listening to the "emotional connections in the organisation", internal and external, in order to manage the transition from disruptive emotional drives towards stability and controllable performance.
