Singapore is the regional office for **CooperVision Asia-Pacific **, as well as the office for the commercial sales and marketing operations for Singapore, Malaysia and the emerging countries. With strong growth plans, the business is continuing to grow and mature.

This role will provide administrative support to allow the Snr Head of HR for SEA & Korea and APAC HR Snr Director to focus on the strategic elements of HR and to ensure a strong HR support function is provided to employees.

This role will own the data integrity for the SEA & Korea region by working closely with the APAC Data & Projects Manager.

This is a Singapore-based role supporting the CooperVision APAC HR Team with a primary focus on the SEA & Korea Cluster. Interaction will be with other CooperVision offices globally, including the corporate headquarters in the U.S, as well as external vendors and suppliers.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- A high level of proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Verbal and written English language skills appropriate for business communication. Multiple Asian language skills would be an advantage;
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, organizational & coordination skills;
- The ability to work with both speed and accuracy;
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative;
- The ability to balance and prioritize multiple conflicting requirements;
- Experience working with different cultures within the APAC countries.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Ability to work with highly sensitive & confidential matters and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Work Environment**:

- Standard commercial office environment / setting.
- Virtual team collaboration between country, regional and global colleagues.
- Travel may be required within the APAC region to support events and meetings, but is not expected to be in aggregate more than 2 weeks per year.

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, multinational company.
- Prior experience managing the administration of an office would be an advantage.

**Education**:

- A Diploma in Business / Secretarial Studies. A degree would be desirable.

This role will manage the daily Human Resources administration for Southeast Asia and Korea.
- Own and update employee data in our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Managing Employee Medical Insurance for Singapore & Malaysia
- Manage the Long-Term Service Awards process & spot awards for Singapore & Malaysia
- Supporting in training events, HR Meetings & townhalls
- Organizing employee engagement activities for regional office.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with job posting, screenings & offers and closing requisitions.
- Support HRD with executive assistant task (travel, expenses, diary & meeting management)
