Regional Field Sales Manager

**A global leader within the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry is looking for a high caliber sales professional to join their expanding team as a Regional Sales Manager at their APAC HQ based in Singapore.**
**Position Summary**:
The Regional Sales Manage is responsible for achieving sales targets by generating opportunities both from existing & potential customers across the APAC Region.
**Summary of Responsibilities**:
- To identify and build relationships with clients within the APAC Region.
- Meet agreed KPI targets in relation to current and prospective customer visits, phone calls and mail correspondence etc.
- Build & maintain healthy and sustainable sales opportunity pipelines.
- Diligently register and deliver on opportunities generated from the Company CRM.
- Understand customer needs, keep updated with market insights to provide customer solutions that bring value to their clients supply chains, by utilizing the Company sales process.
- Document and disseminate relevant customer information internally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues, deal, complaint and providing effective troubleshooting.
- Co-ordinate with team members and other relevant departments having the goal to maximize sales potentials.
**Education, Experience and Attributes Required**:
- Ideally University Degree Educated
- At least 5 years of experience with a proven successful sales track record.
- Experience and sound knowledge of the global transportation and logistics industry, strong in Air and / or Sea Freight.
- Sales Hunter and hunger to hit / exceed given targets and KPI’s.
- Sound Regional business knowledge together a strong understanding of cultural differences and business practices.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create sales development opportunities.
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
