Singapore MOTORCOMM TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for a Global/Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts (global market, especially for Europe/India/Korea/Japan regions) of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop markets and channels, identify and qualify potential customers;
- Customer management, developing and maintaining customer relationships, especially with key stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers;
- Take responsibility for understanding customers’ demands and requirements;
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives;
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth;

**Job Requirements and skills**
- Experience as Sales/BD/FAE in the Semiconductor industry, and experience in the Ethernet communication field is preferred;
- Fluent spoken & written English;
- Enthusiastic team worker & good communicator;
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude;
- Bachelor or above education background in Electronics, Communications, or related majors;
- Willing to travel frequently;
