PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the Regional Divisional Head of the strategic vertical and lead, drive and develop the vertical through new and existing business development.
- Establish an aligned Vertical Pipeline strategy that encompasses a mix of small, medium and large customer base and proactively own the distribution of, development progress of the pipeline
- Take Sales and Managerial ownership, as both an individual contributor, and as Regional Team Manager for the Consumer Retail and Fashion Vertical for BDP International in the assigned region.
- Act as the vertical expert in solution design, development and financial management of the solutions for the region.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders of the vertical to ensure engagement, traction and motivation of the vertical within the region
- Establish key support and development strategies for the Global Key Account Managers within the Vertical, for the region, and ensure that the development strategy for Global Key Accounts is shared within the Verticals global strategy for development
- Establish long-term business relationships with existing and new prospects.
- Have a ‘Hunter’ mentality and develop strategic logistics solutions to the Vertical, while also presenting themselves as the Mentor and Manager for their direct, and indirect, sales reports.
- Enhance customer relationships (new and existing) throughout their contacts to encourage contract renewal and/or extension, issuance of a new RFP’s, securing new business.
- Work closely with each region; use available resources from the group to transfer and share all knowledge about potential clients to ensure growth across regions
- Deliver new business to the organization that is aligned to the Verticals existing and new business growth budgets and drive their direct reports to deliver their mínimal targets towards the Regionals revenue and volume budgets.
- Engage with relevant internal stakeholders for each designated account where opportunities are qualified to ensure high quality and competitive responses are submitted
