As we ramp up our new divisions, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a new **Regional Sales Manager, India** to help lead and execute the revenue growth of our product.

**Position Summary**
You will be responsible for developing and executing the EOR sales go to market plan that drives revenue growth, new customer acquisition and Element's expansion in India market. Working closely with the **Director of Business Development, APAC** as well as the cross functional India and world-wide team to present a holistic and unified approach to the customers, this position is a key role in growing our India/APAC region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive a sales management approach that ensures executing repeatedly at the buyer level, efficiently qualify leads/opportunities to build healthy pipeline, progress & close sales opportunities and create actionable revenue forecasts which enables the organization to grow and scale for the future
- Build and reinforce the sales process based on accountability
- Lead by example and create & sustain a performance-driven culture built on passion, trust, culture sensitivities and creativity.
- Promote Elements products and services to prospective and existing clients achieving target at a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develops and facilitates sales of HR, Tax and Mobility products and services within a set of established named accounts
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of product positioning, product messaging, product capabilities, and competitive position.
- Defining competitive pricing points for our products in the India market
- Identifying opportunities to leverage the other Elements services with existing clients
- Foster relationships with enterprise clients requiring a minimum number of licenses and products purchases.
- Responsible for managing the RFP and as well as partnering with clients to execute a value negotiations process
- Understands future trends and influences positioning of the product in the marketplace.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to support the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Elements partners
**About You**
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Software or HR Services Sales in India market with a history of consistent goal attainment
- Has experienced of scaling business in India market within a start-up organization
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota
- An expansive network that includes potential target customers and partners
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business
- Confident communication (written and verbal) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
- Proficient business acumen, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to bring in new business
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Availability to travel as needed
