Operations Administrative Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Managed Security Operation Team for administrative tasks such as preparation of reporting
- Work with Operations team to ensures the respective support and reporting agreement for the operation are valid
- Work with the Operations team on client’s feedback for continual service improvement
- Asset tracking for the operation environment
- Perform other duties as required by the management
**Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in written and presentation
- Customer focus and process oriented
- Demonstrate the drive to excel and achieve goals
