We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate project documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage daily office operations.
•Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and permits.
•Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for project managers and staff.
•Assist in payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
•Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
•Order office and construction site supplies as needed.
•Prepare reports and update project status as required.
Requirements:
•Prior experience in construction administration or a related field preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Knowledge of construction terminology and procedures is a plus.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
