**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor degree holder in HRM or business disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience within HR
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position within a HR department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates creative thinking abilities
- Honest, discreet and with a high level of integrity
- High attention to detail, demonstrative of logical thinking, and ability to manage several logístical tasks concurrently, including timeline management
- Strong people management skills with an ability to drive high performing teams
- Computer literate (MS-Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
