cbs APAC is a subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. From our APAC offices, we support consulting organisation in domestic and international implementation projects by delivering high-end quality solutions and technology services to large industrial corporations running SAP.

We are looking for a **Regional HR Manager **passionate growing with cbs in the APAC region. This is a hands-on role and you are required to possess Regional HR Experience and act as a Strategic HR Business partner to the business operations.

**Expectations and Tasks:
**Your focus is to drive recruitment**:

- Drive the recruitment process across the region
- Work closely with internal recruiters and hiring managers to for recruitment in alignment with talent strategy and budgets, including the selection process if need be Manage external recruiters
- Identify improvement areas and design/develop resourcing initiatives to drive continuous optimization
- Recruit cbs’ future executives on regional level

**Besides regional recruitment, further tasks are assigned to you**:

- Align with a HR team members based outside Singapore; provide coaching and mentoring to the team
- Support regional management team to develop and implement HR strategy enabling growth in the region.
- Provide advice to management and develop and build consistent HR processes that support corporate functions and complies with local business and corporate requirements
- Support as a project team member on global HR initiatives
- Taking ownership of the internal operational HR processes (payrolling, hiring, performance appraisals and, etc.)

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR experience
- Previous strategic and operational HR experience in consulting / professional service industry, ideally IT service/SAP eco system
- Ability to proactively identify critical business issues and deal with or escalate appropriately
- Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions but nevertheless hands-on
- An analytical and problem-solving individual, passionate and determined
- Team player with the ability to work cooperatively and flexibly with a varied team of people
- Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written), further language skills desirable
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
