**JOB DESCRIPTION**
A long standing listed US MNC in the electronic manufacturing industry with focus on clean technology is currently seeking for a HR manager to be based in Singapore.
As a HR Manager, the incumbent will be working as an independent contributor reporting to HR Manager located in US, and is responsible for regional HR scope, such as overseeing full spectrum of the HR functions in APAC region with a focus in China and Taiwan.
Key responsibilities includes providing advice regarding industry best practices revolving HR matters and labour laws, involved in full employee life cycle phase from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding, which includes Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, HR data analytics, and Succession Planning.
Incumbent will also be expected to participate in developing and implementing international policies and precedures, and supporting compliance audit.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years working experience as a Human Resources Manager, previous regional experience is a plus
