Outlines of Accountability:
- The HR & Admin-Manager is accountable to the COO / CEO for the efficient operation of the HR Department. To oversee & administer Admin functions:
Details of Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage the HR functions of the company
- Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures
- To review, develop and plan learning of Training & Development policies, process and program to ensure effectiveness, relevant and aligned to organizational goals and objectives of market trend competitiveness
- Benchmark position for its salary range and competitiveness
- Plan, organize and manage Performance Appraisal management system annually
- Review incentives, recognition, benefits and awards to drive high performance and retain key talents
- Review and approve end-to-end recruitment activities including of selections, offer and acceptance
- Partner and support other departments in manpower needs, work closely with Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years or above experiences as HR Manager
