**Position Overview**
As our Regional HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across multiple locations. - Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Develop and manage effective performance management programs to drive employee productivity and development.
- Implement and enhance people operations processes, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, employee recognition, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in our core markets and ensure compliance within the organization.
Collaborate with external vendors, such as recruiters and payroll providers, to optimize HR processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Competencies and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in HR roles, including experience across various HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, and people operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS or EduTech industries is a plus.
