Job Title: Regional HR Manager

This role is responsible for supporting the Regional and Country Teams in rolling out initiatives and interventions regionally in line with business strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 7 years of experience in Regional HR, with a strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of regional priorities across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate multi-country policies, practices, and execution plans.
  • Represent International operations to Corporate Headquarters as a liaison for all projects.
  • Manage HR Calendar and support leadership in co-creating and implementing projects on HR Transformation and Change Management.
  • Support regional talent review exercises for senior leadership and high-potential employees.
  • Enhance and manage the online Performance Management System and troubleshoot country issues.
  • Plan and organize the Annual HR Conference covering the HR Heads and HR Managers of all countries in the region.
  • Understand needs from the ground and be their voice to the Regional Team and Senior Leadership.
  • Support HR in management reporting and data analytics.


Required Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience, with at least 2 solid years in Regional HR role.
  • Comfortable in working with ambiguity and flexibility.
  • Very Creative and process-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and handle roles & responsibilities independently (self-starter).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good team player.
  • Have a sense of business acumen, analytical mindset, able to connect the dots and see the big picture.
  • Positive learning attitude, taking initiative, willing to roll up your sleeves to get things moving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced excel tools.
