The Regional HR Executive is a key liaison between regional HR and Headquarters to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests. The role covers the full spectrum of core HR functions, supporting activities with Regional HR department, from projects implementation, meeting coordination, events organisation, digital HR content generation, to day-to-day HRBP advisory role in the region. Incumbent will also assist in creating policies and contribute to organizational transition processes improvement and system optimisation.
**Job Duties**
1. Play a HRBP role for countries in the region.
2. Communicate policies and guidelines from the Headquarter to the countries in the region
3. Support recruitment plans, including interviews coordination in the region.
4. Follow up on regional outstanding matters to ensure key deliverables are on track.
5. Act as the first point of contact for collaborative project with IT department for system optimisation and contribute to the organizational transition projects.
6. Coordinate with various entities in the Group on digital content creation on online platforms.
7. Assist in Regional HR enquiries by providing relevant data.
8. Process documentation and prepare any other HR related reports.
9. Other duties and tasks as assigned.
**Requirements and skills**
1. 1-2 years local/regional HR experience.
2. Diploma in any disciplines.
3. Excellent time management skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Hands-on experience with any HRIS or HRMS system.
6. Basic knowledge of labor laws and regional HR practices.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Strong communications skills.
