**We are looking for a Head of Sales who will be a core leader within the team, and will work closely with the company’s leadership team to deliver sales result and ensure that the key KPI’s are met and exceeded.**

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Manage and develop business plan and strategy for target market, executing sales action plans and strategies to ensure attainment of Company international sales goals and profitability
- Prepare action plans by for effective search for international sales leads and prospects
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans
- Provide timely feedback to the Management regarding sales performance
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
- Maintains contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate all international shipping, distribution and delivery with warehouse and logistic departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients
- Manage the entire site experience for the company's app, including the overall UX/ UI of the interface, ultimately driving the site(s) on different platforms to operate well, and look good to consumers
- Drive the full year campaign calendar, to ensure that relevant & enticing activities are driven each month to drive sales and engagement
- Monitor and report of KPI achievements and post campaign analysis for data-driven decision making
- Able to drive strong data driven decisions, especially with leveraging analysis from past campaigns and other factors to make the best decisions on item feature and for what durations
- Strong sensitivity to real-time performance and able to make timely decisions in the moment, with data, to switch out items/ price features to drive the best performance possible
- To be involved and contribute in various projects contributing to the growth of the company**_Requirements: -_**:

- Minimum of 7 years overall work experience, at least 3 years at Senior Management level
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge various international cultures
- Influencing skills and ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
