**Key Responsibilities**

In this position, the appointee will work closely with the relevant Head of Programme and SUSS/IAL administrative teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the programmes. The responsibilities include:

- Associate/faculty administration matters, e.g., recruitment, deployment, and renewal in SIMS
- Programme/course management matters, e.g., updating curriculum changes in SIMS; managing course sites, e.g., uploading content, posting announcements, setting up assessments in Canvas; performing OCAS marks processing and final results processing; organise programme-related meetings (e.g., PEE, PAC, PSC), support programme audits
- Procurement and finance-related matters
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues on programme-related matters
- Perform general administrative duties such as collation of data and preparation of reports/status updates
- Handle all administrative tasks and projects efficiently within given timelines
- Handle course scheduling and support in the booking of seminar classrooms with the IAL scheduling team

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline with at least three (3) years of working experience, preferably in the training/education sector
- Meticulous, diligent and takes pride in their work
- Positive learning attitude, ability to work independently, adaptable, resilient to challenges, proactive, resourceful, and good problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, strong team player and excellent command of written and spoken English
- The successful appointee will be based at the IAL campus located at the Lifelong Learning Institute at Paya Lebar

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $5,100.00 per month
