The role
We're looking for a versatile and passionate marketer to join our team
As a Digital Marketing Manager in DeClout, you'll plan, develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure consistent and strong online exposure of DeClout's Group's brands, products and services regionally across Asia Pacific markets.
You'll be part of a lean and dynamic corporate marketing team that seeks to help each of DeClout Group's brands achieve greater synergies across sales and marketing processes, as well as greater effectiveness in their inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
Key accountabilities
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop digital marketing strategies and plans that align with strategic objectives and business outcomes
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns including but not limited to paid advertising, social media advertising and search engine optimisation.
Champion Hubspot CRM and inbound marketing tool implementation across the business entities
Drive qualified inbound traffic to our websites
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and work together with the team to drive the full implementation from ideation to execution.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Work together with the team to decide on how best to support partner programs, channel programs and end-customer lead generation campaigns in each market
Supporting sales funnel with a strong customer journey flow
Ensure ROI on digital campaign initiatives are continuously improved and evaluated.
Provide support all corporate events (even non-digital with corporate marketing team)
Skills & experience
Min. 5 years of proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns
Proficient in use of Hubspot with working knowledge of other marketing automation platforms and digital marketing and analytics tools
Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, campaign KPIs, and digital conversion strategies
Regional knowledge and management of digital marketing landscape across APAC is a plus
Bilingual in English and Mandarin and/or additional languages preferred, both written and spoken due to interactions with local teams and partners across various countries
Has strong and proven problem-solving skills
Thrives in a lean, fast-paced working environment with excellent time management and organisational skills
Has a university degree with majors in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent work experience
This position is part of the corporate marketing team and reports to the Head of Corporate Marketing in DeClout
