- Other- Support in the administration and implementation of strategic manpower schemes
- Develop workforce competitiveness and enhance the attractiveness of careers in the Community Care Sector
- Review and analyse policies and frameworks
- Support the design and development of implementation plans for the manpower initiatives, such as that on compensation and benefits.
- Engage and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of the manpower initiatives
- Track and provide administrative support relating to the manpower initiatives
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business or other relevant disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in compensation and benefits will be a value-add
- Possess an excellent eye for detail and meticulous
- Good written and interpersonal communication, planning and project management
- Possess the ability to work independently, self-driven, pro-active with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong team player and a self-starter with the resilience to thrive in a highly dynamic organization
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
