
Senior Manager, Compensation

**The Company**
Our client, a local listed company, is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join the company.
**The Role**
You will be responsible for the duties below:
- Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Provide support for senior leaders to communicate performance evaluation ratings to their individual staff professionally
- Analyze and administer executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans
- Design benefits package that meets employee profiles and organisation's budget, which is aligned to organisation's employer brand and employee value proposition.
- Evaluate the impact of the benefits, including health and wellness programmes.
- Perform market sensing by obtaining and maintaining knowledge of competitive practices within relevant labour markets such as industry, local, and professional competitors.
**Your Profile**
You should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource, and have at least 10 years of experience in managing talent development framework and programs. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to manage high job complexity, have high attention to details, good leadership skills and strong sense of responsibility to handle matters with confidentiality. IHRP certification would be an advantage.
