The Role:
Reporting to top management your responsibility will be to define and execute an appropriate Cloversoft sales strategy, including the growth of new partnerships, exploration and identification of new partnerships to maximise sales and profitability. Collaborate with the key stakeholders across the Group to lead and motivate the company's Partners to overachieve the sales targets through a customer centric approach that understands and anticipates customers’ needs. Act as a Business Representative/Brand Ambassador at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows, attending key events to generate leads. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, including business development, marketing, technical, operational and sales support programmes to maximise sales and profitability.
- Must have a strong relationship and wide connections with reputable distributors globally
- Must be able to expand into at least 2 new markets with firm US$250,000 purchase orders within the first 3 months of employment at the company
- Must be able to Define, execute and effectively communicate Cloversoft's brands sales strategy and operation plans.
- Must be able to Deliver and overachieve top line sales target set by the management through new partnerships.
- Must be able to Develop the breadth and depth of sales within existing and future markets.
- Must be able to identify and bring in new commercial opportunities to increase profitable revenues speedily month on month
- Must be able to study and Understand Cloversoft’s full product range in the fastest speed
- Must Report swiftly on forces that impact tactical results and take appropriate actions with the most creative solutions
- Must be able to Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement and overachieving sales target
- Must have the ability to forge win-win partnerships with customers to understand their business objectives and maximise profitable sales performance in the most efficient, cost effective and professional manner.
- Must Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice; top prioritisation of customer service
- Must be able to Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations and take action to spot opportunities and to take in profitable sales at the swiftest manner
- Must be alert in detecting risk to Cloversoft’s by way of Negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations (SRM).
- Must take all actions to Maximize company profit, set and deliver forecasts, and achieve annual sales targets.
- Must be able to achieve Overall Profit & Loss responsibility for $5m turnover a in the first year of employment.
- Lead motivates and develops International Sales to create a customer centric high performing team building a strong system to service international distributors
- Must be able to Set review and provide feedback on expectations for direct reports (support team, sales support and marketing team) improve their skills and technical ability in line with the company goals and the company's growth aspirations
- Must initiate regular communications regularly and provide updates on key performance indicators to the top management
- Must Work with Cloversoft's leadership team to bring our business purpose & vision to fruition by developing & delivering our plans.
- Become an instant Role model Cloversoft’s values with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to multitask and Handles a variety of projects for the business and oversee project management.
- Must Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and to overachieving the forecasted sales in those territories; projecting firm sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Must increase sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Must have strong Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven landscape.
