**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an innovative self-starter to join the fast-growing international Advertising Sales team. The intern will get the opportunity to work at one of the leading companies in the streaming/ OTT Industry and have the chance and exposure to pre-sales, during-sales, and post-sales support. The intern can expect to experience the below, and more:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating pre-sales support such as product/ad sales-related information, coordination of ad sales packages, inventory checks, pricing approvals/related queries, audience data, program data, and any other client requests.
- During sales process: Campaign set up (GAM/iQiyi International Ads Manager), inventory checks, pricing confirmation, campaign monitoring, recommendations, optimization, etc.
- Post-sales support: Obtaining campaign screenshots for client campaigns, extracting campaign reports, etc.
- Support ad-hoc requests such as extractions of reports or data from the internal system.
- Support local and regional sales teams on Finance-related matters such as manual tax invoices, online submissions in the internal system, manual reports and tabulations, etc.
- Local B2B trade marketing support and coordination.
- Any other ad sales support and administrative work where needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Can commit to at least 4 working days a week, and a minimum period of 6 months.
- Understanding or prior work experience in the media industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese would be advantageous.
