Siteplug is a performance-driven advertising platform that facilitates brands in capturing high-intent users through cutting-edge solutions such as search amplification, typo correction, and content-driven discovery. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with agencies and direct advertisers to ensure the success of digital campaigns by leveraging your strategic acumen, client management skills, and in-depth knowledge of digital media buying. Your contribution will be pivotal in achieving revenue targets and establishing Siteplug as a prominent performance media partner in the US market.Roles & Responsibilities:- Drive advertising sales for Siteplug in the US market, emphasizing performance-based solutions.- Identify and onboard new advertisers and clients interested in digital media buying.- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top media agencies, acting as their primary contact point.- Take ownership of revenue goals and spearhead strategic initiatives to consistently meet and surpass targets.- Develop and present compelling sales pitches, media strategies, and proposals customized to meet client objectives.- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their campaign objectives and devise tailored advertising strategies.- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze essential metrics, and offer optimization recommendations to enhance outcomes.- Work closely with internal product, tech, and operations teams to enhance offerings, introduce new ad formats, and ensure seamless campaign execution that drives business growth.Required Skills:- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the online advertising sector, with established relationships with decision-makers in the media buying domain and a proven track record of collaborating with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands.- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.- Driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and acquiring new skills.- Strong team player and motivator.- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problems-solving capabilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.,
