Our company is Asia Pacific’s leading inside sales and marketing company, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. We work with global IT brands to help them reach their customers through a combination of Lead Generation, Sales Acceleration and Data Services.

Due to increased demand for our services in the South East Asia region, where Singapore is the hub of this region, we seek a Full-Time and Part-Time IT Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales Rep) to join our team. This position can be based anywhere in Singapore. Clients sometimes can ask you to work from their office, or we can set you up to work from the comfort of your own home.

We offer a "Catch and Release" program that allows our employees to be trained, mentored and showcased to our clients, with the opportunity to be “released” to the client to work in their business as their full-time employee. **Your role will involve, but not limited to**:

- Working with our professional team to qualify prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients and/or our internal database Work on a variety of call campaigns for our global clients
- Setting up appointments with prospects for our clients
- Keeping the database up to date with the latest contact data and inputting accurate call notes
- Participate in client briefings and regular progress meetings/calls with the client and the campaign team
- Reporting of results to the Campaign Manager (you may be required to be involved in phone calls in different time zones on occasion)
- Undertaking internal training and learning when provided to further develop your skills and knowledge

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales and/or outbound calling
- Fluency in professional business English
- Confidence in using computers and new software
- No reluctance in making outbound calls to prospective leads
- A positive can-do attitude, reliable and self-motivated to achieve results for yourself and your clients
- An interest in developing sales skills or a career in the IT/software industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
