BF Health & Skin Care Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with international distributors and clients, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in international sales, preferably in the beauty, health, or wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand global market presence.
- Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with key distributors, partners, and clients in target markets such as India, Indonesia, Malaysia, UAE, and the USA.
- Lead and manage the international sales team, ensuring team members meet their sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for product development and market expansion.
- Negotiate contracts, terms of sale, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability and long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales objectives with overall business strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Manage international sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and international exhibitions to promote the brand and its products.
