**Job Description:
- **Technical Consultation**:

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales process.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging our suite of products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs) for prospective customers.
- **Solution Design**:

- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions based on the client’s systems, network infrastructure, and security needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architectures, and technical presentations that align with customer objectives.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**:

- Partner with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to product management teams to enhance product offerings.
- **Stay Current on Industry Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and AI trends.Leverage emerging technologies in AI and cloud computing to enhance solution offerings.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, specifically in systems, networks, and security.
- Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Exposure to AI tools and solutions is an advantage.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of system administration, networking protocols, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), endpoint protection, and network monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and hybrid IT infrastructures.
- **Presentation Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.
- **Good-to-have Experiences**
- Experience working with SME to enterprise customers across multiple industries.
