Sales Program Manager

You will be joining a well-established Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) solutions provider who is well-known for cabling, PCB assemblies, box build & system integrations.
They are now looking for a qualified Account Manager/Sales Program Manager with background in EMS, whom will be responsible for the growth of assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
Manage product inventory (EOL, ECO, OBS)
Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
Provide leadership to a team of Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators
**Requirements**:
Min. 5 - 8 years of sales experience in System Integration / Cable Assemblies / Box Build within the Electronic Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturing / Semiconductor industry
Background in Sales / Account Management / Business Development within the EMS / CM industry is a must
Possess Manufacturing/Program management experience is required
Possess strong business sense and industry expertise
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop others
Base salary ranges from $6,000 - $7,000/month.
