**The Role**

We’re hiring a strong leader to create amazing experiences for prospects, maximize revenue and meet the demands of a high growth business by managing a regional inbound/Outbound market development program for Client's Cloud Platform and Client's cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools, software and products.

To grow and scale the business, you manage the process of converting demand generated by the regional marketing team to qualified opportunities for the regional sales team.

You excel at coaching, mentoring and continually developing teams to engage prospects with strong emphasis on uncovering business drivers and needs that Client's Cloud can address. The primary focus for the team is to cultivate a robust base of new prospects for continued growth of the cloud business.

**Responsibilities**
- **Data Analysis**:Help develop, maintain and analyze reports and dashboards in collaboration with our stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve program performance based on performance trends; Develop and implement solutions based on this analysis. Consolidate and interpret funnel metrics for your team. This includes inbound activity reporting at a POD/Regional level. Add insights and present your team’s performance in various funnel/forecast meetings.
- **Project Management Support**:Manage strategic regional and global projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, manage program prioritization and balance business needs versus technical constraints. Ensure procedural excellence by maintaining tight documentation and reinforcing team standards

**What makes this job unique**:
The JAPAC Cloud Sales Development team comprises 3 FTEs and a 70+ TVC team of Sales Development Reps in Kuala Lumpur, India and Tokyo. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Program Manager that is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. In this role, you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Operations and IT, to drive the growth of Client's Cloud SMB business in JAPAC. You will be on the front line of Client Cloud’s growth in JAPAC, thereby giving you an opportunity to shape the overall demand generation strategy and help Sales Development become the primary growth engine for Client Cloud. If you are interested in a career in vendor management, large-scale program management and/or strategy & operations, this role could be a good fit for you.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in sales, market/business development preferably at a high-tech company (SaaS,PaaS or IaaS experience highly desirable)
- Advanced analytical & presentation capabilities
- Role related knowledge, especially front line Inbound/Outbound demand management from a prior role
- Experience in Program Management and/or Project Management.
- Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with change in a fast paced environment.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with Salesforce CRM, PLX tables and dashboards/reporting.
- Experience analyzing data sets for patterns, developing insights & actioning them.
- Experience in coaching, knowledge management and/or learning & development.
- Excellent Project Management skills, experience in managing complex, cross functional projects
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Iaas, PaaS and related platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
