Data Strategist

Description of Services:

- Strategic deep dive on GCMA business intelligence solutions and Marketing business processes to analyze, develop, optimize and support the JAPAC Regional Google Cloud Marketing with data driven insights.
- Build data driven insights and data analysis to support JAPAC Regional Partner Marketing, and support the team with the target setting and attainment related analysis.
- Support the JAPAC regional BI team with end-to-end data engineering, BI and analytics solutions, and work closely with the central BI team to review the new releases, and assess the impact on the existing business.
- Support the JAPAC Regional team with Sandbox related insights to support budget and utilization, and develop budget spend related data checks and analysis.
- Build and manage requests from JAPAC Regional Google Cloud Marketing team related to Database, Accounts, Contacts and Engagement related insights, and Database hygiene for JAPAC Google Cloud Marketing Database.
- Work with central MDM engineering team to provide JAPAC database specifications with inputs from JAPAC Regional Google Cloud Marketing team
- Augment/correct/enrich existing dataset and utilize external data set when available
- Manage segmentation/targeting requests from JAPAC Regional Google Cloud Marketing team by analyzing Google Cloud Marketings Customer, Prospect and Propensity model dataset
- Manage timelines, milestones and updates on project/request progression
- Prioritization recommendations of marketing operational projects and request
- Manage communications/updates on the projects to keep the rest of the Google Cloud Marketing team updated
- Recommend and roll out change management when there is a significant change in the current database management process or tools
- Work with Google Cloud marketing stakeholders to analyze current as-is state of marketing operational processes and map out the to-be state with a roadmap, action plan and timeline
- Analyze current business priority named accounts and demand gen program coverage to optimize our GTM plans
- Identify, manage, escalate risks and issues with regards to our database/segmentation strategy or optimization opportunities with Google Cloud Marketing operations team

Description of Deliverables:

- Deliver business insights, recommendations, and detailed analysis related to sub regional prograM/Funnel optimization recommendations, accounts, partner marketing, and sandbox.
- Manage Project Timelines and ensure deliverables are met within stipulated milestones
- Build out Project intake process and progress tracker
- Business requirement docs for all JAPAC specific Data requirements
- Data Schema documentations when project involves data process re-engineering
- User acceptance test for projects that has user inputs
- Documentation of projects
- Training Guides for projects that require user inputs
- Project communication plans and communication content
- Segmentation strategies/analysis based on JAPAC
