**About This Role**
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in achieving their goals and ensuring smooth operations within the channel sales department. This position involves providing relationship management, administrative, organizational, and operational support to the sales team to enhance their efficiency and productivity.
The individual collaborates closely with various internal teams, such as operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
**As a sales representative, your key objectives will be to**:
**Sales**
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our production services and capabilities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management on a regular basis.
**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Respond to Reseller inquiries promptly, mainly through phone calls and whatsApp addressing their queries, providing critical information, and guiding them through and work closely with the internal cross functional team to resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction on retail hours (including weekends)
**Project Management is a plus**
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- **Project Execution**: Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against project plans, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
- **Team Management**: Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing direction and support, and fostering a positive and productive work environment to ensure team cohesion and performance.
**Requirement**
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media production or related industry.
- A strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex business objectives into actionable plans.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A master of communication and relationship building, with the ability to influence and win over stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
- Knowledge of production processes and techniques is a plus.
