
Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Works closely with the BD team to achieve the Corporate overall effectiveness and success.
- Drive effective revenue growth and business expansion strategies and approaches to increase monetization opportunities.
- To research, monitor and understand the market and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.
- Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements and financials.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Conduct research on prospective firms and prepare customized presentation decks for BD teams to use in negotiation meetings
- Support fundraising efforts when necessary
- Support various merger and acquisition business set up and coordinate with various departments to review various finance and operational processes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Gaming/ Tech landscape in order to identify opportunities to develop strategic partnerships.
- Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Bachelor Degree from established university.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development industry.
- Excellent communication, analytical, creative and computer skills.
- Team player and good project planning and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Games and Tech products.
- Only Singaporeans and PRs to apply.
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
