**Business Support Executive**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Handle existing clientele with their enquiries, service request & insurance claims.
- Monitor & follow-up with clients’ claim status. Provide prompt update to them.
- Send out renewal of business accounts from month to month.
- Maintain relationship and liaise with existing clients and business partners to achieve client satisfaction.
- Understand clients’ requirements and assist with new business opportunities.
- Assist with new business enrollment including:
- Quotation
- Preparing proposal
- Processing of new business enrolment
- Liaising with different stakeholder
- Business Tracking and premium collection
- Preparing of reports for review of business performance.
- Proposing new ideas or strategies to help with improving service standard, workflow and organization growth.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Skills & Abilities Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma graduate with at least 3 years working experience in administrative & client servicing role.
- Resourceful, Independent and with proactiveness to solve problems
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized, Good Interpersonal Skills and a team player.
- Relevant knowledge / experience with insurance background will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
Dress Code: Smart Casual
Work Days: 5 days work week

**Salary**: $2,400 - $3,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
