Channel Partner Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with assigned Channel Partners and System Integrators to foster growth.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability for both hardware and non-hardware products.
- Conduct machine demonstrations whenever necessary to showcase product capabilities.
- Equip partners with necessary sales tools to enhance their performance and success.
- Offer coaching and training to partners, enabling them to effectively sell the complete range of products and solutions.
- Develop incentive programs tailored for Channel Partners to incentivize their performance and drive sales.
- Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) issues for Channel Partners and end users, ensuring timely resolution.
- Keep updated on stock availability requests, providing accurate and timely information to partners.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM/SAP) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field
- Location: Jurong West
