**About the Role
The Client Partner is a pivotal member of the APAC Sales team, who will utilise deep industry vertical knowledge and strong relationships across digital agencies and brand direct clients to significantly grow Channel Factory's APAC client base. As a proven Sales professional in the Singapore market, you will spearhead the expansion of Channel Factory's strategic client baseand be recognised as a contributor to Channel Factory's commercial growth and strategic direction.
As a successful Client Partner with strong relationships in media agencies in the local market, you take the time to deeply understand your client's challenges and objectives, before developing a comprehensive solution that will deliver optimal performance, exceed their expectations, as well as grow the commercial billings of your clients.
Your ability to understand the more technical aspects of discussions around programmatic and performance advertising across video will build your reputation as a trusted advisor quickly. You'll nurture your clients and take a long-term partnership view - ensuring account growth and retention over time.
You are motivated by nurturing and developing strategic relationships, achieving performance outcomes for both the client and Channel Factory. You work collaboratively with internal teams and ensure that Account Management and Ad Ops work seamlessly together and are clear on client objectives and performance goals.
The salary range for this role S$8k - S$11k p/m.
**The core responsibilities of the role (but not limited to) include**
- Drive revenue through expansion and partnership strategies across key strategic global accounts
- Liaise with global counterparts to identify key global accounts and activate them in the APAC market(s)
- Focus on optimal product/platform adoption through education, premium client service and exceed client performance goals
- Build deep and strategic relationships across a diverse set of agency & direct clientcontacts
- Deeply understand what drives Agency trading and planning decisions, taking acommercial approach to your client engagements and strategic planning
- Accountable for your individual revenue target(s)
- Work alongside Account Management team to ensure a seamless client experience, and to see every campaign exceed performance goals

**Qualifications**:
- BA/BS
- Min. 5 years experience in Account Management (agency background preferred, notnecessary)
- Commercial-minded with a passion for identifying and generating revenueopportunities
- Experience in the advertising technology industry; online programmatic video space including digital advertising marketplace trends
- Knowledge of Meta, YouTube, TikTok and other social video platform products preferred
- Mature and confident, with proven network of agency relationships
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in-person, on the phone or virtually
- Proactive in catching issues and creating solutions before they escalate
- Creative and solution-oriented individual who can also be resourceful
- A self-directed professional who understands client needs and operates with a sense ofurgency, focus, and discipline
- Highly organized and detail oriented professional
- Collaborative individual who can work in a team and independently
