The Client Partner role is a position that has the purpose to enable and drive growth through the business by taking strategic ownership in activating the proposition across APAC existing client and prospective client relationships.
Sitting in the client partnership team whilst supporting the Regional CEO, Global CCO and Regional Head of Sales in the development of solutions ensuring the Indicia Worldwide proposition is activated and aligned to key clients and prospect’s requirements, in a credible, commercial and strategic manner whilst being presented in a way that sets new standards for customer experience every time.
This role is a uniquely created role designed to drive excellence in new value creation as well as provide strategic oversight for “synergy growth” across the region. Synergy growth being defined as the introduction of new and incremental services to clients and prospects. A role of significant strategic value to our growth ambitions but also to our investors as we further scale our synergy growth alongside net new business and account growth.
The Client Partner primary attributes will be to display positive energy and a strong drive in adding value to key clients through innovation and matching Indicia solutions to complex client requirements, leaving no stone unturned. A tenacious and hard-working character, who is strategically and commercially driven whilst needing to be progressive and innovative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**The Client Partner team
The Client Partner role sits within the Client Partnership team which is the main interface between our proposition and our clients/prospects. The mandate for which the Client Partner must contribute towards is as follows;
**Activating the proposition**
Activate the Indicia Worldwide proposition through expertise in data, tech and creative activation. Digging deep into the clients business and brief to identify the “real” problem and ensure our proposition can provide solutions in a strategic, measurable and differentiated way.
**Enabling and driving growth**
By actively contributing to the strategic vision for net new and synergy business development, defining in particular with the leadership team in the synergy growth plan and sponsoring its activation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
**Brief makers, not brief takers**
Each new opportunity meeting is seen as a way to win the next budget. You will help shape and enable the agency’s response, using your extensive experience, ideas and proactive approach to deliver client service excellence and value to convert new client opportunities and create greater in-account growth opportunities for existing clients. Deliver pro-active brief content and projects that inspire clients to invest in growth opportunities.

**Client Partner, setting the standard for new value creation
The Client Partner will be responsible for ensuring that every new opportunity which comes into the business is treated as the last and for the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that drive incremental benefits and competitive advantage for our clients. Focus must be applied to;
**Pitch/proposal experience**
Working closely with senior client teams to activate the Indicia Worldwide proposition in the delivery of outstanding strategic RFI/RFP/Pitches/proposals.
**People, partners, programs and projects**
Develop strong relationships with senior procurement and marketing teams in order to gain a solid understanding of the client’s marketing strategy and challenge areas. Working in partnership with them to deliver strategic insights on business and commercial issues and execute innovation and marketing opportunities (both long and short term).
