Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver innovative digital campaigns that drive business growth.

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal specialist teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and external media suppliers/partners.
  • Manage and train a team of media professionals, providing guidance on best practices and new media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs.
  2. Collaborate with internal specialist teams, including Strategy & Insights, Search and Social, Programmatic & Reporting, to successfully deliver digital media campaigns.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and external media suppliers/partners to drive added value for the account.
  4. Manage and train a team of media professionals, providing guidance on best practices and new media platforms.
  5. Proactively resolve issues both externally and internally, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in client servicing and relationship management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with strong English verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Working knowledge of digital buying/management and trading tech, including ad-servers, verification tools, MMP/DSP/DMPs, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalent).
  • Team player personality, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
