OmniSpheres Pte Ltd is seeking experienced professionals with established industry networks to join as Business Partners. This contract and freelance role offers a high-earning potential through commission-based referrals to our leadership, safety, compliance, and performance excellence programmes. Business Partners play a critical role in connecting organisations and participants with our solutions while representing a trusted regional leader in HSSE and leadership excellence.
Responsibilities
Identify and refer potential clients or participants to OmniSpheres' programmes, including masterclasses, workshops, and enterprise-level initiatives.
Leverage professional or industry networks to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with the OmniSpheres team to ensure smooth onboarding and client engagement.
Maintain professional representation of the OmniSpheres brand.
Qualifications
Strong professional network in sectors such as HSE, security and compliance, consultancy, or trade associations.
Proven experience in business development, networking, or industry representation.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
Engagement Type:
Contract / Freelance (Commission-based)
Earning Potential:
Up to SGD 5,000 or more per referral
