
Medical Workforce Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and business partnering in the medical sector. This includes working with the Talent Acquisition team to develop sustainable medical workforce plans that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce transformation and productivity initiatives across multiple committees.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including MOH officials and senior medical professionals, to drive outcomes and measure performance.
- Provide secretariat support for the NHG Medical Manpower Council, ensuring smooth operations and effective governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work.
- Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks.
- Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
