
Medical Workforce Strategist

As a Senior Manager of HRBP Strategic Partnerships and Business Partnering, you will play a key role in driving the sustainable medical workforce to support business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives.
- You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop cluster medical manpower plans, taking into account workforce transformation and productivity parameters.
- In this role, you will also support cluster committees in conceiving and implementing workforce transformation and productivity initiatives. This includes planning year-round agendas for committee meetings and following up on outstanding items, as well as working with other stakeholders like MOH on data and document submission, and outcome measurement.
- Sustainable Medical Workforce: Drive BAU operations and support strategic initiatives
- Workforce Transformation and Productivity: Support cluster committees in conception and implementation of workforce transformation and productivity initiatives
- NHG Medical Manpower Council Secretariat Support: Provide secretariat support including appointment of council members, setting of agenda, and follow-up of outstanding items, tracking of outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management
- Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work
- Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks
- Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders including MOH officials and senior medical professionals
