Job Title:
Senior Manager of Strategic Workforce Planning and Partnership

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Strategic Workforce Planning and Partnership will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable medical workforce solutions to support business as usual (BAU) operations and strategic initiatives. This includes collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on cluster medical manpower planning, as well as supporting cluster committees in the conception and implementation of workforce transformation and productivity strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce transformation and productivity plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address healthcare workforce gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide secretariat support for NHG Medical Manpower Council, including appointment of council members, setting of agenda and following up of outstanding items, tracking of outcomes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
