Job Title: Director of Workforce Transformation

We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our workforce transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business strategy and implementation, overseeing national manpower schemes, and developing human capital capabilities across various sectors.

About the Role
  • Drive EDG's business strategy and implementation by leading the strategic vision of workforce transformation through enterprise and sectoral human capital capability development.
  • Oversee and provide strategic direction to drive performance outcomes of EDG divisions in alignment with MOM HQ and WSG's corporate KPIs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement Jobs Transformation Maps across 23 sectors in collaboration with sector agencies.
  • Analyse sectoral data to advise on relevant manpower interventions and share insights with Sector Agencies, Board, and other tripartite partners.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead national manpower schemes and human capital development programmes to enable enterprises to transform and drive better outcomes for the local workforce.
  2. Lead and drive the strategic vision of workforce transformation through enterprise and sectoral human capital capability development.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of Jobs Transformation Maps across 23 sectors.
  4. Analyse sectoral data to advise on relevant manpower interventions.
