Reporting to the Director, Communication & Information Technology. The main role is to drive digital initiative across SIT and to support data transformation initiatives in SIT.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor, research and evaluate emerging technologies relevant for SIT
- Formulate and develop appropriate emerging technology strategies and programmes to support SIT efforts in Digital transformation
- Working with other IT Teams and divisions to jointly identify use cases for digitalization
- Drive the execution of the digital strategies and roadmap
- Raise the digital literacy of SIT workforce to equip them with the skills to embrace digital technology and business transformation
- Implement an Enterprise Data Architecture framework to support data transformation initiatives that transform SIT into a data-driven organization
- Take guidance from the Data Governance Steering Committee to setup a Data Governance Framework for SIT
**Requirements**:
- Degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 15 years of IT working experience of which 10 years in the IT leader role.
- Proven track-record of leading major IT Initiatives in a fast-moving organization while ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures
- Proven track-record in setting up Enterprise Data Architecture Framework
- Proven track-record in setting up Data Governance Framework
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Cloud computing, virtual workspace, automation, AI, and other emerging technologies
