- Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and placement.
- Provide high-quality service delivery and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate hiring or similar roles preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and industry norms is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
