Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our contractor workforce strategy forward.

You will partner with business leaders to assess and align contractor workforce needs, design and implement scalable recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of pre-vetted contract talent for rapid deployment.

  • Source, screen, and engage contractors via job boards, agencies, and professional networks.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Monitor and report on contractor hiring metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and classification standards.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for contractor hiring across departments, provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and HR to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within the financial industry.
