Contractor Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description: Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend contractor workforce requirements. Develop and implement scalable contractor recruitment programs. Maintain a pipeline of pre-vetted contract talent for rapid deployment. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, liaising with staffing vendors, conducting and coordination of interviews etc Track and report on contractor hiring metrics and KPIs, maintaining accurate records Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractor classification standards.
