**What You’ll Do**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse client mandates
- Build and nurture client relationships, advising on workforce planning and market trends
- Ensure compliance with industry regulationsCollaborate with our internal team to continuously improve processes and frameworks

**You Bring**
- Seasoned recruitment professional with 2+ years’ experience as a contractor or freelancer
- Strong business development skills—comfortable pitching services and growing your own book of clients
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in Singapore’s financial or tech sectors is a plus
- Self-starter mindset: you own your pipeline and deliver results with mínimal oversightCEI required, Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
