What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse client mandates
  • Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through proactive channels
  • Build and nurture client relationships, advising on workforce planning and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with our internal team to continuously improve processes and frameworks

You Bring

  • Seasoned recruitment professional with 2+ years' experience as a contractor or freelancer
  • Strong business development skills—comfortable pitching services and growing your own book of clients
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in Singapore's financial or tech sectors is a plus
  • Self-starter mindset: you own your pipeline and deliver results with minimal oversight
  • CEI required , Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
