You will be responsible for overseeing and executing our retail and FMCG strategy, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering profitable results.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive retail and FMCG business plan, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation through effective strategies and tactics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to optimize our market reach.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Ensure optimal inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability.
Monitor and measure key performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
Qualifications:Minimum 5-10 years of experience in senior sales roles within FMCG Channels Developing business.
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
Strong knowledge of retail sales, supply chain management, and consumer trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and innovation.
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
