Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Talent Trader Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who wants to drive revenue growth in the fast-paced FMCG industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, with a focus on building strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building channel partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of SGD 8,000 - SGD 12,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
