Sales and Channel Growth Manager

SendQuick PTE. LTD., a leading IT solution provider, seeks a highly motivated Sales and Channel Growth Manager to join our team. Our company is committed to delivering innovative messaging systems, solutions, and cloud services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus allowances and commission.
Job Description:
The Sales and Channel Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying, contacting, presenting, closing, and engaging distributors and resellers partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should have prior channel sales or key account management experience in IT solution sales and be able to work independently with strong self-motivation and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and resellers partners to increase sales volume and revenue
- Identify new sales opportunities and implement plans to capture these leads
- Develop and execute sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to close deals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the VP Sales on sales targets and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT solution sales, preferably in channel sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to talk to people at all levels
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools and business software
- Ability to work as a team player and meet customer needs
- Familiarity with cloud services and technology in areas of IT systems and communications
